ObamaCare mandates and design have made in impossible for many hard-working Americans and small businesses to get health insurance they can afford and that meets their needs.
Congress must act to lower healthcare insurance costs and make more choices available.
Washington’s top-down control has failed. States can be much more responsive and flexible in meeting needs of their citizens.
Here is a proposal that Congress must enact into law.
